Super Concentrates and Ready-to-Use Concentrates
Super Concentrates
Super Concentrates – These products are 6 TIMES more concentrated than typical products that we call “RTU’ (Ready to Use). These Super Concentrates can be used on direct injection systems as well as pre-mix delivery systems typically at a rate of 5:2. Because the Super Concentrate product line provides more product per volume this allows for reduced shipping costs and reduces storage space when compared to other “RTU” products. Each Super Concentrate product is packaged into two 2-gallon jugs with molded handles for easy pouring and handling. This product line utilizes the most economical and efficient packaging, producing the most cost-effective basis of all our product formulas.
Ready to Use Concentrate (RTU) - 30 Gallon Drum
This option provides the simplicity of swapping product containers and eliminates the process of mixing products while maintaining the proper ratio of product delivery. The 30-gallon drum format minimizes the frequency of product changes and is the recommended format for higher volume washes and high use products. As with any of our RTU products, the base product concentrates are mixed in a highly controlled factory setting to ensure the proper ratio is produced every time.
Ready to Use Concentrate (RTU) - 15 Gallon Drum
Offering the same simplicity as our 30-gallon drum product line, the 15-gallon drum option is a great compromise when space is at a premium. While maintaining the same rigorous factory controls, this option provides an advantage to products that are still in high demand but require less swap-outs than that of a 5-gallon pail.
Ready to Use Concentrate (RTU) - 5 Gallon Pail
This option offers the same simplicity as our 30 and 15-gallon drum product lines in the easy-to-handle form of a 5-gallon pail. This product option is the best for low volume washes or products that have a lower use frequency while still providing the same rigorous factory controls as our 30 and 15-gallon drum options.
